Success will be...if we can get some equipments for the school.
The School needs Computers, Sewing Machines, Art& Craft Materials, Technical Equipments, Tables & Chairs books etc.
We will demonstrate the success of this project by monitoring the number of students coming. I believe the Success will be over 20% increase in number for the next 5 years. As these will be the first such Vocational training school in the area
There will be a lot of changes in many people's lives. As the skills they will get will bring long term benefit to individuals as well as the community.
We will do a survey after first session with evaluation forms.
The risks will be for the school not having enough equipments for the school. So that is why we are begging for supports to buy more equipments needed.
