Need
Need
In the current economic climate jobs are scarce. Recruitment statistics show that it is essential for jobseekers to have some relevant experience even before being considered for interview.
It is a vicious cycle facing many – with no relevant experience there is no chance of a job and with no job there is no chance of gaining experience. This is a great opportunity to assist someone in maximising his or her earning potential, with little or no cost incurred by the company.
Solution
We are providing experience for people entering the workplace, and giving them extra training to make them ‘job ready’
We offer CV writing skills, interview skills and job placements to jobseekers and students ensuring a chance of long term employment and a maximised earning potential.

Aim 3
Create, grow and build the necessary networks with good companies to organise more internships.
Activities
» utilise contacts through our events to build network. Speak to participating companies so that they can recommend programme to theirbusiness associate
What success will look like

Impact
Impact
At the completion of the project TrainE-TraidE will run an online evaluation with employers to assess the success of the scheme and make improvements.
Long term changes will be to individuals, enabling them to obtain long-term employment. will be able to measure success on their employment status over time after the programme.
Long term for TrainE-TraidE will be greater uptake of the scheme for businesses and jobseekers year to year. This will be demonstrated with a greater uptake next yearRisk
There is a risk that participants or employers may drop out at short notice.
We currently deal with the problem but constantly expanding our network of potential employers and companies wishing to take part across a variety of sectors.
Participants have to sign a contract committing to the programme and ensuring they take part in all aspects so that we can maximise the benefit to themselves and to employers. This also demonstrates their commitment to the process
Reporting
3 stages of reporting; firstly at the outset of the project with a plan of how we are executing the project, an update during the project and a project report after evaluations have been conducted.
