Going nuts for dormice
The hazel dormouse is Britain’s only native dormouse species. Once widespread throughout much of Britain, their range has diminished so significantly over the past century that they are now rare and vulnerable to extinction. PTES is working to halt the decline of dormice, extend their threatened habitat and reintroduce them to counties where they have gone extinct.
