Keep Safe in Winter Challenge
Headway Preston and Chorley wants people to keep safe this winter to avoid serious injury. We currently support over 300 families who are affected by serious injury and our winter campaign will help us to support them and newly injured people.

The project will help reduce the instances of serious injury on the roads and through falls.
We will promote a safety campaign via social media and our website and leaflets.

What success will look like
The project will educate adults on how to stay safe while out socialising. It will hopefully reduce instances of personal attacks and falls.
We will continue to run the project for the next 3 years.
We believe the project which is a safety information project will be a success
We will monitor and record our messages of safety and any feedback we receive from hospital and individuals.

The project will be promoted in the PR postcode area of Lancashire.
We deal with people who have sustained a catstrophic injury and their families. If just one is prevented by this campaign it will be a success.
