  • Need

    Need

Young people especially those with disadvantaged backgrounds very often don't have the support from a loving family. Their childhood trauma can stay with them for years. Often leading to unemployment, physical and mental health issues and homelessness. As they reach their late teens and early adulthood they need to take responsibility for themselves, but its a real struggle.

    Solution

Chef, Author and Founder of Beyond Food and Social Enterprise Brigade Simon Boyle believes that bringing good freshly cooked food into their lives of the vulnerable people can play an important role to help them stand on their own two feet and start living a healthy more vital life full of purpose. They can start to contribute into society in a meaningful way and be part of something that's bigger than them.

They can start to contribute into society in a meaningful way and be part of something that's bigger than them. In the long term, it will help prevent homelessness in the future and be a bigger benefit to society.

    Risk

In order to print these books we need to secure income of £25,000. We have done this through a strong and diverse strategy to secure donations and partner with other charities that can distribute them to the people that would benefit from using it.

    Reporting

We will use social media to keep our audiences up to date about the campaign. The impact will also be published on our website as well as our annual accounts.
