  • Need

Help to ease the distress of financial hardship suffered by our clients who are destitute because they have no access to public funds.

in addition to providing free, independent and confidential quality advice, we can support destitute people struggling to meet basic needs. The hardship fund can help people to buy:

    • Food
    • Baby nappies and medicines
    • Emergency travel costs
    • Baby milk
    • Other essential items

  • Aims

    Aim 1

Increase our funds to give the needed support for our clients who are on financial crisis.

» We will support clients in meeting their basic need and those of their children. We will ensure they have access to safe accommodation and food.

    What success will look like

Success will be demonstrated by having less vulnerable people sleeping rough on the street and being victims of exploitation.

  • Impact

Once they solve their crisis, people are in a much better position to access the services and activities offered by LRMN, such as immigration, welfare and health advice, English, ESOL and ICT cleasses, and this services could improve their quality of life and help them in integrating into the local community.

Recurrent clients seeking for more funds.
We make as clear as possible to our clients that it is a restricted and one-off help, therefore it isn't an on-going help.

Keeping records of clients who receive the fund and how the money was used.
