  • Need

People come to us often without a home, certainly with very few belongings and nothing in the way of furniture. Our team will manage the property and provide the key support they need.

It is the vital part in making a house into a home and providing the comfort people need. Furniture is a small part of the support we provide to help people on the road to becoming more independent. Clients will have their own bedroom which would otherwise be empty.

Our purpose is to help people to live independent and fulfilling lives. We offer specialist support to our clients to overcome the issues they are facing and get their lives back on track:
We give people a comfortable home where they can feel safe and secure. We provide one-to-one support from a dedicated member of Transform staff. We help our clients to build up their confidence, gain life skills and access training, education and employment opportunities.

  • Aims

    Aim 1

Transform seeks a donation of £17,900 towards the purchase of furniture for the property.

» We will be approaching several trusts over the coming weeks in order to reach our target and will be happy to provide updates as we progress.

    What success will look like

Purchase of property completed on time and to budget.
    Building fully occupied.
Clients achieve positive outcomes and live more independently.

  • Background

Even in an affluent area such as Surrey, there are homeless people living in tents or vehicles and even sleeping on the streets. This can lead to serious health problems and can even be fatal.

  • Why Us?

    Why Us?

Our fundraising seeks to add value to our services and the lives of our clients. By providing support in the form of voluntary donations, we can ensure our surpluses are stretched further, and more clients benefit. The furniture required will also need to be of durable quality to avoid being replaced before time.
Donors can rest assured that their entire gift will benefit people who find themselves in a vulnerable position in our society.
