What success will look like
By identify the clients who access our services via the cold weather provision and records of outreach work with rough sleepers.
Long term aim to reduce the number of rough sleepers in the local area.
We will be able to produce statistics relating to the number of people helped off of the streets and outcomes regarding their welfare and how they have moved on from the project.
Not having enough space to accommodate everyone trying to access the project each night. We work with other local agencies to find alternative suitable support. We give food, drink and clean, dry sleeping equipment to rough sleepers who do not enter the project.
Provide statistics at the end of the period to demonstrate the impact of the project. Report in newsletter and annual review.
