There will be failures, there will be disappointments, however, every child has right and potential to try their ambitions which means less crime, less trouble for society, less unemployment, better society, more importantly this project will be start of all of these successes which they will never forget
We have identified certain risks such as demand for the project. In terms of buildings we have a capacity of serving around 200 children weekly. In that case we will use external sites within the budget. Another risk might came a cross is less involvement of parents will result effected children and we have thought about it to make a plan to work with local schools to tackle this risk in case parents fell short we will communicate with schools to address the problems.
Donors will get termly reports of successes each children achieving. Parents feedback will be shared in board meetings to pass on to donors.
