Activities» Person centred support to develop job search skills, personal marketing and interview and selection skills.
What success will look like
Through a number of individuals gaining sustainable employment
The route to living independently is often securing long term term sustainable employment which in turn leads to independent living. We will keep in touch with service users in order to address the long term impact of service provided
The risk is that that the service users we work with will find it impossible even with our support to find suitable , sustainable employment. However this risk can be mitigated through a systematic approach to the service provided and also a recognition there will be softer outcomes which may not lead to a paid position but would result in other areas of personal development
we would report through a progress report and an end of project report which would not only identify outcomes and impacts but also provide case studies illustrating how their support has made a difference.
