Project information

Blooming Monday

On 'Blue Monday' (the 3rd Monday in January - allegedly the most depressing day of the year) we ask everyone to wear their brightest clothes to raise awareness of depression. In 2018 the date is 15 January. Inject some unexpected colour & joy, & instead of a Blue Monday, make it a Blooming Monday!

    Ann Dickinson

Ann is a trustee and is in charge of the Blooming Monday campaign

"Mental health research has lagged behind research into physical illnesses for far too long. Our knowledge of the causes of mental illness is still pitiful. Mental Health Research UK was set up to help change that."
