Supporters of Folkestone Sports Centre are 'Giving Up' in March to raise funds to replace equipment in our Sensory Room.

    We are raising funds to replace equipment which was vandalised in our Sensory Room.

    Solution

    All funds raised will help towards replacing the damaged equipment, which will make it more of an enjoyable and relaxing space for all who use it.

    To raise funds to help towards replacing equipment vandalised in the Sensory Room.

    Activities

    » Supporters of the centre are 'Giving Up' something they enjoy in order to return the Sensory Room to how it was, enjoyable and relaxing for all.

    Every participant has accepted that, should they fail to give it up, they will donate the money they spent on there 'give up' to this cause.


  • Impact

    Impact

    It will bring the Sensory Room back to it's former standards, making it as enjoyable and relaxing as ever before. This will include replacing the three damaged bubble tubes and repairing the fiber optic lighting cables and interactive touch pads.

    Risk

    There are no risks with this project. It is all down to the willpower of the supporters and the generosity of others.

    Reporting

    We will display the success of this project throughout the centre and social media, describing what has come from the generosity of others.
