    Initial costs for security, insurance, printing ,website.


    We hope to sell tickets and gain sponsors prior to the event

  • Aims

    Aim 1

    To organise a 1 day festival with a view to a further 2 day festival for july next year


    » Involve the local schools to create a family activity day, which should produce future events. Open Mic stage/workshops. Sports day for the town
    » Craft Stalls / renting the pitches
    » Local Bands who are willing to be paid after the event
    » Development of the website for people to donate money.

    Through Facebook /Website and have made enough to organise the 2 day event

    Creating awareness within the town and bringing the community together.


    Weather. Most of the activities are undercover and large marquee's will be provided.
