This project has been developed to provide high quality, immediate Emergency Accommodation for families who have been made homeless, no fault of their own.

Our project will reduce the number of people at risk of becoming homeless; reduce the numbers of families with children that are already homeless; provide high end, clean facilities "Home Away from Home: negotiate contracts with Large super markets for food that would have normally been thrown away, provide training packages to get people back on track and back to medium to long term accommodation.
Our project will provide “immediate emergency accommodation” for those been evicted by their landlord or their mortgage company as a result of loss of income, break down in relationships, loss of employment, suffered long term health issues or made redundant.
To Provide Arts & Entertainment Activities for our Beneficiaries and their children
Activities» Performing Arts, Dance, Drama, Storytelling and Creative Arts
We will demonstrate the success of this aim by the number of attendances. As part of our beneficiaries stay, they must agree to attend all activities.
Provide Emergency Accommodation for people who have been evicted or at risk of becoming homeless
Activities» Fund Raising activities and schemes to £20,000,000 to provide 500 House and Apartments to house homeless people in Birmingham
We will demonstrate the success of this aim by the number of people using our facilites. A daily register will be required
Provide Education and Training plans to encourage beneficiaries get get their lives back on track.
Activities» To provide Business start up programmes, Job Clubs, Health & Beauty Training, Money Management, Home making and cooking skills
All beneficiaries are required to attend all training programmes. This will ensure that they are prepared for rehousing on a medium to longterm arrangement.
To Provide Food
Activities» Negotiate Food bags with large super markets and to establish an in house food bank specifically for our beneficiaries
By the number of Big Supermarkets we have signed food contracts with.
To provide Clothes
Activities» To contact the Big Clothes manufacturing companies to donate clothes that would have gone to waste for our beneficiaries use.
A Clothes bank accessible to our beneficiaries will be available.
It will reduce the number of people at risk of becoming homeless.
It will reduce the number of homeless people on the streets
Homeless people with drug and alcohol issues will be sign posted to other organisation better suited to meeting their needs
It will help in the reduction of food waste
It will help with the reduction of clothes that go to land fill
It will prepare those for a better life where they can obtain work and manage their lives in a more efficient way.
The risk of trying to house so many homeless people though Homeless is the responsibility of the Local Authority, but they have made it clear that they barely have the resources to deal with a problem that is spiraling out of control. Our target is 500 homes over a 5 year period and strict legislation governing vulnerable people must be strictly observed. The High quality and the standard of our Units will influence the success of our project and would be a threat to Bed & Breakfast stays.
We will report to donors by sending a monthly newsletter updating them on successful outcomes, progress and future plans ; Invitation to our Annual General Meeting and regular Fundraising Dinner & Dance Events
