  • Need

The project aims to help young people who are furthest away from the jobs market by offering 1-2-1 support, confidence building and interview preparation in the hopes of providing young people with the opportunity of finding a work placement, volunteering opportunities or possibly a 6 months paid job creation.

The project offers 1-2-1 support for young people who feel they need additional support when looking and applying for work. The project allows key-workers to work closely with our young people to help support them in the areas they feel to improve. In some instances, learners may lack confidence in CV writing or applying for jobs and will be supported with this. Whereas, other more advanced learners may lack confidence or people skills and may need support with interview skills etc.
