The Saving of Forestsensoryservices

Forest Sensory Services (formerly Forge) provides support to people with sight and hearing loss in the Forest of Dean. Jackie relies on fundraising to provide support for more than 300 people with sight and or hearing loss.

    to help save the future of fss, we have been using our own financial funds to ensure that we carried on giving support to people you suffer with sensory loss
    eyes and hearing, we recently made our manager redundant in may this year if we had not done this we would have closed our doors in July this year, but by doing this we have maintained the future of Fss , we can carry on looking after the people who need us, we have to raise our own funds to run this operation as we do not get any aid

    The long term changes will be the FSS can carry on
    looking after people with sensory loss which we have been doing for 20 years and would like to do for another 20 years


    at the moment we have limited funds and would like some injection so that we can carry on doing for 20 years, we was having to use our own finances to ensure that we carried on doing what we do,

    we have been doing this for 20 years and would like to do it for another 20 years , we just need to support , for all these 20 years we have raised our own funds with jumble sales etc, but need support to carry on
