5k for £5k: Sponsored Walk for Mental Health

Please help us to try to raise as much money as possible by getting involved with our sponsored walk.

    We offer support to women with mental health problems and women who are experiencing domestic abuse, current or historic


    As a charity we rely entirely on external funding to offer all our services to vulnerable women for free. The 5k for £5k sponsored walk will raise invaluable. much needed money to help continue the work at the Centre

  • Impact


    CCC helps women to increase their confidence and self-esteem whilst offering them the lifetime tools to help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. We also help to reduce feelings of isolation and improve relationships


    We have identified the need for trained First Aiders, the Healthy Living Team and plenty of accessible water points as well as resting points.
