Emergency Funds for UK Hospices
UK Hospices struggle the year round with funds. Hospices only receive a small funding from the government.
So if a piece of vital equipment breaks down, it can be extremely difficult for them to source funds to replace it. That is where we step in. We will help any Hospice that needs our help
September 2016 - January 2017
Hospice Aid UK
Hospices care for so many terminally ill people. Their end of life care is unsurpassed but sometimes their vital equipment breaks down unexpectedly or they need expensive equipment to make a patients' life more comfortable.
It can be very difficult for them to find the funds to replace it as hospices raises their own funds. Our aim is to fill that gap and help them with their emergencies from a broken down freezer or a child that needs a specialist chair.
We believe that funding for hospices is a necessity. We are committed to ease the burden of fundraising. We want to help as many Hospices that need our help over the Christmas period and with the Big Give Christmas Challenge, we will be able to help any hospice that needs our help.
