Young Adults Day
Through our Young Person’s Panel we address the need for better understanding of the challenges they can face and the importance of social interaction. Our Young Person's Panel meet quarterly to share their experiences and feedback on the information and support that we offer as a charity.
Every year in the UK, 11,000 young adults are diagnosed with cancer. Those aged 18-39 lack support because little is known about the challenges they face and few services are dedicated to them.
Through workshops, events and sharing stories, we enable young adults
to use their own experiences to empower others to thrive through and beyond cancer.
