Charity information: Rainbow Society
Integration of children and youth comes from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. Parents contribution is not basically enough to support their children after certain ages.
We will bring children and youth together to work on case study workshops, and supporting with basic academic skills. By teaching them simple techniques and skills they will develop their confidence and integrate more in the community or in their higher education.
Main aim of this project is to integrate young children to the community improving levels
Activities» Literacy and numeracy support. Qualified teachers and some assistants will help children to practice and achieve higher grades
» informing parents what to do at home. Parents have to take part at home to improve their skills therefore we will have courses to them
» Analysing outcome and sharing their experiences . Events will be held to share successful experiences and support others
What success will look like
By getting their interim levels from their schools and talking to their teachers at school
Project will help to improve confidence of the children and youth at their school and in the community so, they will take more responsibilities socially and academically
Getting minimum required number of children and youth with parents involved. Specially parents taking less responsibility in order to attend all our courses because of their work place commitments and also other responsibilities.
However, our volunteer and also teachers is going to work extremely hard to get parents and children and youth down to our courses with taking to them, organising open days and public days to inform importance of the project and impact of it.
In the end of the project there will be report to be prepared for the donors to acknowledge donors with progress and impacts and weaknesses experienced so we can look for ways to overcome those problems in future projects.
