North Korea Feeding project
We are the co-sponsors of a massive feeding project in North Korea. With 6 of our own bakeries we are currently feeding 25,000 children each day. Our goal is 26 bakeries throughout the country.
July 2015 - December 2020
Charity information: Harvest Fields Commissioning International
Famine and starvation, especially amongst children in North Korea.
We will continue to run our 6 bakeries and add another 20 bakeries to feed hundreds of thousands of children throughout North Korea.
Secure the financing for new bakeries.
Activities» We are promoting our work in schools, churches, groups and in social media.
What success will look like
Each £50,000 will allow us to start another bakery. Last year we began 2 new bakeries.
We are training workers within North Korea to take charge of each of the bakeries.
The only risk is a political risk but this is minimal.
We have a regular newsletter, monthly reports and on our website.
