ETHIOPIA - Leadership Training
In April 2016 we will be having a nationwide leadership training conference fro church, ministry, charity, NGO leaders throughout Ethiopia. We have successfully held similar conferences in France, Brazil, China, Sweden and other nations.

The lack of leadership training in the nation of Ethiopia.
We will e bringing seminars, lectures, media materials and equipment to give examples of what can be done with low/no budgets.
The aim is to "find the leaders, train the leaders, send the leaders!

What success will look like
It is hoped that we will be able to effectively train a high level of leadership of at least 100 delegates and 350 secondary level of leaders.
We will be training the trainers who will be able t duplicate what we have done through the nation.
Political risk is low but still a risk. If necessary and in case of a large scale risk we will be able to continue the project using the media and local workers.
We will be reporting our progress in monthly newsletters, a full report and on our website.

The project will take place in the capital Adis Ababa
At least hundreds of leaders will benefit immediately and then trickle down to the thousands as it is rolled out regionally.
We have direct connections with some key leaders in the country at the moment who have been able to carry on smaller scale projects. With our experience in doing the same thing in other countries we are well placed to have success.
