The project is trying to help the children whose parents cannot afford for summer activities by gathering them in our centre and providing an enjoyable summer program.
Our project will solve the mentioned problem by opening our centre for the children coming from a poor families so that they can have equal opportunities to enjoy this summer full of enrichment activities like their peers whose financial situation are comparably better than them.
The aim of the project is to provide a summer school in 2016 for local children in Enfield.
Activities» We will provide free sports and language clubs and camping in the UK for disadvantaged children in Enfield throughout the summer holiday in 2016.
We will demonstrate the success of our aims through the teachers' reports on the improvement in students' abilities after the project.
We want to ensure that there are as many opportunities as possible for young people joining our summer school in terms of developing their sports and language skills, building up new friendships, improving their self-confidence and self-esteem which will all be beneficial in their lives.
Over subscription to the program is considered to be one of the risks which will be solved through grouping students on different days of the week and open more space for up to 120 kids during summer.
We will submit our project reports at the end of the programme to all relevant people.
