  • Aims

    Aim 1

To make the transition to civvy life easier and to find employment for ex-servicemen.

» RBLI will deliver LifeWorks free to ex servicemen at our training centre in Aylesford, Kent and to other geographical areas.

By the number of delegates who progress into work, training and volunteering.

  • Impact

A transition into every day work life gaining employment and/or training.
To give delegates a good understanding of where to go, what to do and how to prepare themselves for it.
To learn how to perform well and the interview techniques for a successful interview.
To ensure delegate of their overall readiness for the world of work.

That insufficient income could reduce the level of courses delivered.

We have dealt with this by applying to various sources with success and now asking for the future.

RBLI can report how many delegates find work, go into further training or volunteering.
How many of the delegates remain in full/part time work after 6 and 12 months.
How Reachback, the follow up service recorded the delegates progress.
How many delegates enlisted on the courses.
