This project will reverse the decline in number of deaths due to the cold weather and lack of help during this time in Afghanistan. It will also provide women and children the help they need in order to brighten their futures and sustain healthy and happy lifestyles. Success will be to reach our anticipated target and be able to carry on each year with our Winter Appeals.
If money donations are not received, then The British Afghan Women's Society can no carry out their project.
Our donors will be kept up to date via our social media sites, Facebook, Twitter, Google page and our main website.

Our project will be held in local avenues and all the money raised will be directly used in Afghanistan. A country where the women and children undoubtedly need our help, especially in todays world with the increasing decline of opportunities but with our help this can change.
The people desperately in need in Afghanistan will benefit from this project. As with clean sanitation, supplies, food and workshops, we will show them a glimpse of hope, directing them to happy and successful lives with the money raised from this project.
Our organisation has successfully carried out winter appeals for the past 2 years and so we have decided to carry on with this success annually. Being an organisation that specifically helps Afghan women and children we are best placed to carry out this project as we have many years of experience and our team are also closely linked to Afghanistan, with the majority of us having an Afghan background.
