KLL A-Level Scholarship Appeal
KLL and LRBS provide a pathway to Russian vocational ballet training for children who might not otherwise have exposure to ballet. We would like to make available a number of full scholarships to deserving and talented children to cover A-Level education alongside vocational ballet tuition.
September 2013 - August 2014
Kids Love Lambeth
A number of talented children usually identified from outreach are unable to take advantage of the pathway to a career in dance that KLL and LRBS offer. We believe it is key that our students also continue their academic studies to give them the best career platform. We would like to be able to offer a number of A-Level scholarships to cover the tuition in the 3 subjects our students are expected to take.
These A-Level scholarships will allow our senior vocational students to continue with their academic studies alongside their vocational ballet training which should give them the best start in working life whether as a dancer or not.
Enable senior students to continue with A-Level education in parallel with full time ballet training

Lambeth is one of the most densely populated and diverse inner London boroughs but suffers from significant poverty issues
Children with the talent to pursue a vocational pathway in ballet who might otherwise not be able to afford to
KLL is unique in that it is not just providing a one-off introduction to ballet. Working with LRBS, which provides the outreach performers, KLL delivers a continuous pathway for children either to weekly enjoyment of ballet or serious vocational Russian Ballet training.
