  • Need

    Need

To engage & equip people with improved social and interpersonal skills to give them increased self-worth and self-confidence to take the next step in their life, whether that is in learning or work.
This includes people from all backgrounds and ages but is especially prevalent in young people who may lack job skills and feel unhopeful of paid job prospects; or those on low incomes who have little money for social activities and may then become withdrawn, losing self-confidence and self-esteem..

    Solution

We engage people through their interest in film, theatre and music and enable them to make their own productions. Participants work together as a team and learn through the process of undertaking and completing the project.

They gain self confidence and self esteem, improve problem solving and team-working and earn each others’ respect through social interaction, communication, listening and debating.
