Charity information: West Yorkshire Animals In Need
We are trying to stop dogs from breeding thereby reducing the problem of dogs having to be euthanased in dog pounds and in some rescues as they are increasingly abandoned by their owners in this economic climate.
By rescuing and neutering all six puppies and mum the problem of them breeding and producing even more unwanted puppies is negated.
To rescue these animals, keep them healthy, safe and re home them into loving environments.
Activities» Keep them in foster care and strictly check all prospective adopters and their homes.
What success will look like
WYAIN will post the progress/success on our website and on our F/B page as well as on Twitter.
To neuter all 7 of these German Shepherds.
Activities» Take them to the vet and ensure that each dog is neutered as soon as it's old enough.
What success will look like
Once they have all been nuetered then we have succeeded.
Our actions will not allow these German Shepherd dogs to breed making them healthier and stop more unwanted puppies to be born. Hopefully this will result in more rescue dogs being saved from death as they are adopted.
Lack of funds. We have posted appeals on F/B, Twitter and on our website and will continue to fundraise as best we can for these puppies.
