Ufumbo School Project

In 2011 the Ufumbo school suffered a
disastrous fire that burnt down the school in Uswaa, Tanzania.
With your help we can make sure the Ufomba school receives the resources they need to rebuild and provide a decent education in a positive learning environment for the children of Uswaa, Moshi.

The plan will span over 5 years - 2 years since the 2011 fire, so by 2016, we hope to have helped to improve the provisions of the schools education.

  • Impact

    Impact

With each student having access to their own textbook, it makes for better learning and will produce better qualified students as a result of the ease of access to information as the stress will be reduced and learning made easier. This will mean more young people gaining access to higher education, which will in turn produce more qualified professionals to serve the people and improve the quality of life with knowledge on how to improve things, with developed thinking.

    Risk

The risks of not hitting our fundraising targets will mean we will be unable to send the books. To deal with this we must ensure we have numerous sources of income so we can meet the costs of the project.
