What success will look like
Success will be measured by the number of people who achieve their employment related aims.
In the long term, we aim to educate and inform employers about what people with autism can offer.
Success will be demonstrated through changes in attitudes and actions.
The risks to this project are low as there is huge demand for these services.
We will report progress of the project through our website and social media channels.
