    Impact

    supporting highly disadvantaged people into permanent work, reduces dependency on welfare benefits, reduces reoffending and substance misuse relapse, gets families back together, increases self esteem

    Risk

    reduction in price of clothes and fabrics for recycling. Also manage risk to public, trainees, and reputation when working with some trainees.

    Reporting

    quarterly reports on hard and soft outcomes, numbers into work etc.
