    Impact

Improvements in family relationships and personal well being, increased ability to access employment, improved social connections This changes will be evidenced through a questionnaire filled in six months and then a year from the end of the counselling work.

    Risk

There is a risk that we may not find volunteer counsellors. We have a strong reputation as an excellent placement provider and good links with local colleges and counselling organisations. These relationships mitigate the danger of not finding enough counsellors. We also provide good ongoing training and development opportunities to our counsellors to attract and retain them to the organisation.
