  • Need

Even today many children in remote villages of India, learn to read and write – but not to think. This form of teaching is what if often known as rote learning, cramming or mugging. It is an education that teaches them how to sign a cheque, but does not teach them anything about investing their savings. That is why – the world of the laborer and the cycle of ‘poor remaremaining poor’ continues. Eureka Super Kidz is a project with a solution to this problem

Eureka Super Kidz holds after school classes (year 1-8) where children are taught in a very interactive method, encouraging them to think. The children are challenged, they enjoy practical experiments and story telling. The class is conducted by highly trained teachers in subjects like Mathematics, Science and languages. It gives these children a worthwhile education, helping them reach their full potential which gives them equal chance in life when they reach college.

  • Impact

The literacy level of the state will increase, and more and more of the poorest people will go to college get degress and break the cycle of "poor remaining poor".

This wil be demostrated by following up on students after they have finished from our school.

The risks are that parents will not send their children to school as they need them to work at home, the farm or elsewhere. But we have locals who explain the long term benifits of a good education.

Another risk is that children do not pick up the studies - but with the montly report trackers and the individual attention we should be able to take care of these risks.

We will send reports of the village which whill have student results and other updates to the donor on a monthly basis.
