Impact
Impact
The long term changes will be the alleviation of street homelessness in Gateshead. We will demonstarte success by reaching the tragets we set out and keeping a record of our outcomes.
Risk
There is a risk that the tenants we support are not able to manage their bills and manage a tenacny. We overcome this by carefully checking each potential tenant and each landlord to ensure that they will both recieve a good service for their property/tenancy.
Reporting
Funders of this project will receive a six monthly report on the project detailing the ongoing and forthcoming activities, and any necessary changes that have been made to the project plans.
