Impact
Impact
Charities and social enterprises who work with Pilotlight will improve their business skills, experience income growth and increase their service users. Pilotlighters, the business people who coach, develop skills that benefit their professional life and donate more money to charities.
Success is demonstrated through Pilotlight's rigorous evaluation process.Risk
There is a risk that not enough charities and social enterprises commit to the coaching process or enough senior business people to serve as coaches. Pilotlight manages these risks by maintaining close links with both the voluntary and business sectors through an active recruitment process.
