We provide exciting program of activities to children during summer school holidays. We focus on healthy lifestyles and healthy food to allow them enjoy with more opportunity to promote cohesive community. We deliver a range of learning activities during summer holidays and school term.

The project will engage with deprived children and young people to take part in activities that will help them to reduce isolation and boredom, anti-social behavior and to promote a more cohesive community and educational knowledge during the summer holiday break. We are targeting children from low income families, single parents. We aim to encourage them to eat healthy food and lead more healthy lifestyles and educational program.
The project will allow children and their families time to access a wide variety of interesting, and creative activities they would normally be unable to attain during the long summer holidays. The activities will provide cohesion and bring people together offering them trips and fun days, healthy food and snacks, whilst reducing crime and isolation. They would have developed social skills and understanding of different cultures. Develop a greater appreciation of education and lifestyles

To provide children and young people to spend their summer in a productive and safe way through support in doing home work and learning. Prepare and enjoy healthy food.

Promote a safer and healthy community, supporting people living with and affected by health problems.
The project will promote community cohesion, reduce isolation, boredom and reduce crime rate. Parents will be knowing that their children are safe, not loitering on the streets being the victims of crimes. Provide more educational knowledge that will lead to more academic achievement. The success will contribute towards their goals and objectives.
We will monitor and evaluate the improvement of healthy food, different activities, educational achievement through questionnaires and feedback.
We have not yet secured a particular premises although there are several around the area which are a bit expensive.
The uncertainty of the weather may affect the workshops which will have to be rescheduled.

In addition to compliance with donor reporting requirements, Africa Goodwill Foundation will provide quarterly narrative reports through email and on web, detailing successes to date with the challenges. More detailed information and forthcoming activities will be available on request.

The project will be carried out in South West London, in particular the Borough of Wandsworth, Southfields area. The project will provide suitable creative activities and healthy food, cultural, drama and educational program. Assistance with homework. Workshops and Seminars about the danger of street life style. Health care issues including the promotion of eating healthy food that would lead to more healthy lifestyles.
Children and young people aged 5 to 16 years of age. We expect to attract 40 children and young people to the project which will run during summer holidays. The focus is on children with low income with few opportunities for outdoor activities and single families.They will be given the opportunity to share their views with volunteers, teachers and other children to socialise. The parents, councils will gain from keeping down the level of anti-social behavior and reduce crime rate.
We have ever carried out such an exciting program of activities during the past, successfully with the award from Scarman Trust and the Childhood Trust Summer Give project. The children, parents and the community had liked it a lot. With our wealth of experience and member driven responding to the needs of the communities in the area we endeavor to carry on with the project.
