Actionline for young people
Our award-winning Actionline takes calls from young people (or an adult on their behalf) who are experiencing homophobic or transphobic bullying anywhere in England.
EACH - Educational Action Challenging Homophobia
Extensive national research into homophobic harassment and bullying, such as Stonewall’s School Report (2007) and EACH's cybersurvey (2011) indicate that two thirds of young lesbian, gay and bisexual pupils have experienced direct bullying and homophobic abuse online is pervasive. Both studies show that homophobic harassment and bullying is not as easily recognisable as other forms of harassment or bullying, with victims less likely to seek support.
Our Actionline and Online Incident Reporting form provides professional, confidential guidance and support to help young people decide on the best course of action.
