  • Need

The Trust supports artists to develop and nurture their careers. Most of our artists come from ethnic minorities where they may find it hard to promote their work and get the opportunities needed to have a career in the arts.
Through music based projects, the Trust provides a safe cultural space for artists and audience to explore what the concept of peace really holds for them in their lives and the wider community. The music created sends the message of hope and unity to all who hear it.

The project will help support our young artists to develop their careers. Through this multi media project we nurture and integrate our young musicians and singers to give them the opportunity to perform to a global audience. Profits raised will go to worthy charitable projects in the Middle East that work tirelessly to promote peace and prosperity through improvements in health, education and the preservation of the rich cultural diversity of the Middle East.

    Aim 2

To raise funds through this arts based project for charitable projects in the Middle East.

» Profits raised through the concerts will go to education, health and cultural charitable projects in the Middle East.

Success will be sell out concerts with 100% ticket purchase for each concert.

    Aim 3

To support a form of music between the two cultures a fusion of Middle Eastern and Western classical

» By commissioning new pieces of work by young UK - Middle Eastern composers and performing them live in the UK and abroad.

Success will be commissioning composers to create this music, with a CD to sell online on our website using some of this music.

  • Impact

The project will foster artistic innovation and cultural exchange. It will unite these cultures through a shared love of music.

Success is the progress of the young artists careers over the next 2 years, hoping for a 10% increase in their job prospects. Bringing people of diversely different cultures into one common environment of the concert hall and exploring the fusion of music of two vastly different cultures has a momentous and instant effect of unity and inspirational hope for peace.

The risks are to musicians being ill for the concerts. We have made sure that there are replacements for these musicians.
We have also put in place an insurance policy for the concerts.

Donors to this project will receive a 3 monthly email report on the project detailing the ongoing and
forthcoming activities and any necessary changes that have been made to the project plans.
All donors will be invited to our concerts.
