    » Train Teachers
    » Support Children

Success will be the opening of a two room school inclusive of unique kindergarten and the implementation of our teacher training program

  • Impact

The project will provide Teachers and school children and environment to provide quality education. It will overcome the challenges faced to-day and encourage parents to send children to school on a regular basis. We will monitor progress through our existing school support monitoring program in place in other schools in Tandrang. It measures attendance, literacy levels and teacher development

There are numerous risks working in rural Nepal. They range from logistical challenges due to poor infrastructure to support of a politicalised community. Parents who have not had an education undervalue sending children to school and are under pressure to send then to work from an early age.
We have addressed these issues by years of working with community leaders, school committees , local government and partners.

Our website provides regular updates on all projects and Trustees are accessible to discuss any aspect of the project in detail.
