What success will look like
Success will be a 50% reduction in female offending rates in Nottingham City.
Long term success will be demonstrated by the number of women offenders who have been diverted from returning to a life of crime through skills and employment. The impact on their increased confidence and self-esteem will be demonstrated by the social networks and friendships .
The risk that we would not access continuation funding.
We will report to donors by sending progress reports to donors and through case studies.

Based at Nottingham Women's Centre
Those who will benefit are women ex-offenders from all backgrounds residing in the City of Nottingham and further afield and those that may be at risk of re-offending as identified by the Probation Officers and from referrals from our in-house partner organisations who we work closely with.
Since 1971, Nottingham Women’s Centre, as the lead organisation, working collaboratively with our partners from SIFE and NACRO is committed to the establishment of a society where there are equal opportunities for all women regardless of their backgrounds, offering new opportunities to make positive changes to their lives.
