To establish a learning establishment to serve the educational needs of pupils that would be considered vulnerable to bullying in mainstream learning environment

We believe that a small percentage of pupils in our Schools do not achieve their full academic potential through fear of bullying. This educational establishment shall serve the educational needs solely of these pupils.
Team Oasis Academy shall consist of small class sizes with no more than 12 pupils in a class. Therefore personal care and mentor-ship shall be prioritised through our teaching methods
To create a learning environment that is fit for purpose.
Activities» This project shall focus on excellence in teaching. However, our tutors shall also be of the highest calibre in mentor-ship and pastoral care.
What success will look like
Success will be... Happy pupils achieving excellent grades.
This project should have profound positive impact on the lives of the pupils and their families.
All associated risks shall be addressed via our usual Team Oasis risk assessment procedures.
Donors will be invited to visit the project at any time. Updates on all progression shall be communicated to donors by whichever is their preferred method of communication.
