  • Need

    Need

The Grant in Aid that we receive does not cover our daily running costs.

The Royal Hospital Chelsea also needs to create an endowment to ensure our continued existence.

    Solution

By continuing to raise funds through the Appeal

  • Aims

    Aim 1

To continue to raise funds for the Chelsea Pensioners through the Chelsea Pensioners' Appeal.

    Activities

    » Continuing to raise funds.

Success will be... if the Royal Hospital Chelsea continues to exist 300 years from now.

  • Impact

    Impact

We will continue to admit retired army veterans to the Hospital and ensure them a comfortable and happy retirement.

    Risk

If we don't get the funds in to the Appeal we may not be able to meet the daily running costs.

We hope that these risks have been dealt with by increasing communication with the public.
