    Stress, anxiety, depression and other common mental health problems affect individuals, families and communities.

    HELP's services aim to preserve wellbeing in the community by meeting the need for affordable and easily accessible one-to-one counselling in London.


    By treating individuals in conjunction with community services specialising in health, employment, parenting, and addiction.

    To help the community by working with its most vulnerable members.


    » Offer compassionate, skilled, affordable one-to-one counselling.

    Members of the community will come for 6 or more sessions of one-to-one counselling.

  • Impact


    Clients will testify about the changes they have been able to make in their lives and how that has affected the people around them. More people will hear about HELP and refer more potential clients to us for counselling support.

    London's vibrant and diverse Notting Hill neighbourhood.


    The community in which HELP is based includes high levels of diversity and large differences in income and opportunity. HELP's client base includes:

    • 57% with income less than £10,000 yearly
    • 33% from black and minority ethnic communities
    • 60% from mental health services referrals.
