What success will look like
Success will be when we can say that two classes can come to our centre and we are not reliant on weather or space.

Impact
Impact
The long term changes that this building will mean that we could become self suffient. We would be able to open all year round and our availability would not be reliant on weather.
Risk
Financial support not coming in it would mean that this project would not be taken up at this time. It would take a lot longer to achieve but it is in our plans.
Reporting
We always report to our donors with our quartely newsletter and our letters that our benefactors receive at least twice a year. We are planning an annual open day which enables benefactors to actually see the work that has been achieved.

Background
Location
We are located on a farm a couple miles from Newent a market town on the edge of the Forest of Dean 10 miles from Gloucester. The dormitory that we are planning will be part of the complex of buildings that was the farm and will be designed so that it will look like another farm building.
Beneficiaries
We hope to see children and youth using the centre and leave ready to be better members of their community. They will learn to be part of a team, work hard and care about others through the challenges that they will find at the site.

Why Us?
Why Us?
We have the site, but we have the vision for the needs of the community to have youth needing and learning to care for those around them. For the youth to work as a team and care for the area that they live.
