LOWE SYNDROME CYSTS WITHIN BRAIN, KIDNEYS AND SKIN
Various multi-organ symptoms are characteristic of Lowe syndrome, but skin lesions have rarely been researched. Cysts within Lowe syndrome can occur in many places including the mouth, kidneys, brain and skin. The project will aim to understand more about cysts and potential treatment.

What success will look like
Success will be determinted as to better knoweldge of Lowe syndrome and potential treatment.
Children suffer from external and internal cysts. It is suggested that cysts may be the cause of Lowe seizures in some cases and so the project will help better understand if this is accurate and if so potential treatment to remove the cyst.
There are no risks.
