By modernising and upgrading new technology in these family areas will create a "homelike" feeling which encourages patient mobility and family interaction throughout the Hospice.

Covering the whole of the Wigan & Leigh Borough the Hospice serves 301,415 residents. Families and patients who access our services will benefit from the new modernised environments that will create a more comfortable & relaxed environments Inside our Reception, Day-Hospice & Conservatory areas.
The Hospice is the only facility that offers palliative services to the borough of Wigan & Leigh.
improving our facilities is essential to ensure families and patients feel reassured, relaxed as they embark on life's most difficult journey.
