Water and Sanitation Campaign
We will provide a water purification system to be used on the facility, and will provide training and awareness programmes to the communities that the facility will visit enabling healthier lives.
September 2011 - September 2013
Charity information: Eco Saviour
The project will address the unsanitary conditions that many rural communities currently live in Bangladesh. It will also address the fact that many drink from dirty water sources often causing disease.
The provision of purified water will demonstrate to these communities a healthier way of living. Training will be given to all in the communties who would like to take part. The training will consist of health and safety where sanitaion is concerned, and how these people can produce their own clean water once the project has left the area. We will also meet with local NGO's who will be able to supply for cheap materials for water purification once we have left.
Launch an awareness campaign with materials that can be distributed throughout rural communities.
Activities» Give training to people within rural communities so that they hold the knowledge needed to make an educated choice
» Meet with and introduce local NGO's to key members of the community to provide cheap materials for purifying water into the future.
» Provide in depth training to key community members with regards to monitoring and helping their fellow residents about clean water.
» Provide education and awareness around sanitation.

Success will be local people using the facility and becoming interested in wanting to learn more about maintaining the intake of clean water.
