Peregrina EnChantica Concert Series

Vocal ensemble Peregrina EnChantica (http://peregrina.zoryburner.com) presenting their nature and wildlife themed song-cycle, Pre-Renaissance Byzantine chants, nature and wildlife themed song-cycle, and the music of the new dramatico-musical production Jesus Christ: the Challenge of Love.

    Need

    The project aims to provide an opportunity to continue spreading the three sides of the ensemble’s repertoire, written/arranged by composer Zory Burner, in response to the need of new musical programs and experiences to be brought to London audiences.

    Solution

    Peregrina EnChantica will present a new concert series of new and original music.

    To present Zory Burner's song-cycle dedicated to nature and wildlife conservation causes.

  • Impact

    Impact

    With an objective of filing in at least 80% of the capacity of the venues for all concerts, we'll provide entertainment, enjoyment and social interaction, involving more people, interested both in our musical initiatives and the causes that our music represents.

    Risk

    An initial risk assessment of the project has been completed and we'll continue monitoring and analysing any likelihood and impact of potential risks around the organization and promotation of the concert series, as well as during the rehearsal process and the concerts themselves.

    Reporting

    Reports will be available on request by email to donors at any time, before or after each series, detailing our plans as they unfold for each concert. Personal invitations will be sent to each of our donors to attend at least one of our concerts.

    Beneficiaries

    Our target audiences are young people, families with teenage children, as well as elderly people within the culture focused communities; the concerts will offer opportunities for all of them to enjoy quality time together.

    Being among the first collectives in UK, specialising in concert performances of the time-honoured Byzantine chants, as well as in performing original choral music, we aim to enrich people's lives and bring communities together in appreciation of high quality artistic events.
