To improve the lives of CARERS and FAMILY MEMBERS of people living with the long term effects of acquired brain injury by operating a community outreach service providing information, advice, guidance and signposting
Charity information: Headway Portsmouth and South East Hants
Carers and family members have told us that they feel isolated and find it difficult to obtain relevant information and advice following a brain injury in the family , often being signposted to the incorrect organisations for support, or not being aware of any support locally
Our Carers outreach service will provide support, advice, information and effective signposting.
We also seek to reduce social and geographical isolation experienced by Carers
We aim to provide a community outreach service
