We are the charity partner of the RCVS. We believe that veterinary surgeons and nurses play a pivotal role in the high quality of health and welfare of all animals, and people too.

    Our mission is to help veterinary surgeons and nurses to provide the best possible care for animals.

    •Funding veterinary research and education projects that impact on animal health.
    •Developing collaborations to drive innovation and improvements to veterinary care and treatment, knowledge and understanding.
    •Advancing education in veterinary surgery and medicine by the provision and maintenance of a specialist veterinary Library.
    •Conserving veterinary heritage and evolution to develop material as an evidence-based resource for veterinary education and research.
